2. Booking & Payments
- Tests and health packages can be booked online, by phone, or at our center.
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
- Payments once made are non-transferable but may be adjusted against rescheduled services.
3. Sample Collection & Reporting
- Customers must provide accurate personal and medical information for correct testing.
- Home collection services are available within designated service areas.
- Reports will be shared via email, online portal, or in person at the lab.
4. Accuracy & Limitations
- While Sigma Diagnostics ensures the highest standards of accuracy, test results may sometimes vary due to medical or technical limitations.
- Diagnostic reports are for medical guidance only and must be interpreted by a registered healthcare provider.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Bookings can be rescheduled with prior notice.
- Refunds are applicable only if services are not provided due to lab error or unavoidable circumstances.
- No refunds are processed once a test has been conducted.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
- All patient information is kept confidential as per our Privacy Policy.
- Data will only be shared with authorized doctors, healthcare professionals, or as required by law.
7. Responsibilities of Users
- Provide accurate information during booking and sample submission.
- Follow instructions given for sample collection (e.g., fasting requirements).
- Use test results responsibly and always consult a qualified doctor for interpretation.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
